Each user is only permitted to hold one active account at oke25 at any one time. Holding multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or financial details — is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent termination of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of any remaining balances.

During registration, you are required to:

Deposit:

• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process
• Request from legal authorities
• Account inactive for more than 12 months with no transactions
• Self-exclusion request on responsible gaming grounds

If your account is terminated due to a terms violation, the remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the findings of oke25's investigation. If termination is for reasons not involving a violation, any valid balance will be returned to you once the verification process is complete.

Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the oke25 support team. Any active bets or outstanding rollover requirements must be completed before the account closure can be fully processed.

Oke25's total liability to any user for any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days prior to the claim arising.

Oke25 makes no guarantee that the Platform will operate without interruption, be free from viruses, or be error-free. The Platform is provided on an "as-is" basis with all applicable limitations and restrictions.

Oke25 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon being posted on the Platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of the latest version.

Continued use of the oke25 platform after any amendments are published constitutes full acceptance of the revised terms.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, it will be reinterpreted to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, while all remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
